Audrey, a lifetime resident of Nanaimo, died peacefully after a short illness on February 7th, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Albert Butterworth, in 2000. Audrey is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Earl) Simpson; three sons, Ron (Paula), Bob (Donna), and Mike; as well as seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. All of Audrey’s children still reside in the Nanaimo area. A private family gathering will be held.
Death is a Door Opening to a New Life
Everybody passes. It is a normal and natural process. As one door to life closes, another one opens. As the door to my life closes, the door to my next life opens. The love I take with me greets me in my next experience. Death is a releasing method of being born into the next phase of everlasting, eternal life.
We all love and miss you, Mother.
