Art Kingsnorth
April 4, 1959 - August 30, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the likely closure of Cariboo Brewing following the passing of Art Kingsnorth, who may have been their greatest supporter.
After a heroic battle with Cancer which never affected his sense of humor or optimism, Art passed away August 30th, 2016 in Nanaimo.
Art leaves behind his loving and understanding wife, Ida, daughter Amber, son Scott, son-in-law Colin, and grand-daughter Elodie. He is also survived by his parents Art Sr. & Dianne, and his sister Rosie and her partner Dale; as well as many many life long friends and family.
We welcome all who knew him to celebrate his life ‘Arty style’ October 15th, 2016 at 5634 Metral Dr., Nanaimo (noon-4:00pm). We encourage guests to follow Art’s lead and dress appropriately for the occasion; jeans only (shoes optional). In lieu of flowers please contribute to Art’s Ride to Conquer
