It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Antonia Garan Buted Garcia on December 21st, 2019 at the Transition unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

Pre-deceased by:
First husband, Quirico Buted of 5 years and second husband Artemio Garcia of 40 years.
First son, Joselito Buted and siblings Gavina, Elizabeth & Rodrigo.

Survived by:
Children - Wilma, Aleli, Arnel (Fe), Alvin (Donna), Audie (Nerissa), Alde and (Zenaida)

Grandchildren:
Albert, Jennifer, Aileen, Ryan (Su-Mei), Hazel (Joemel), Jesse (Sharon), Rhea (Ronel), Diana-Lyn, Rose-Anne, Genevive, Jerome, Antonette, Jeremiah (Sandy), Jacob (Betty), James

Great Grandchildren:
Isla, Patrick, Jadon, Jianna, Jared, Lottie, Lizzie, RJ, Jude, Sedron

Julieta

She was a homemaker and an active member of the Generations Church.

A big thank-you to all the amazing staff of Nanaimo home support workers, Nanaimo Community Nurses and especially to Dr. Melissa Gillis, Dr. Garfinkel and Marpatel (Medicine Shop). Also, we thank all the staff in the Palliative and Transition units.

Funeral Service at Sands Funeral Chapel on January 3rd, 2020 at 11 am. The Service will be officiated by Pastor Dallas Sigellow.
