Alva Georgina WYATT
(née Demberline)
July 20, 1928 – May 15, 2016
Alva Georgina Wyatt passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the age of 87. Alva was born in the Township of Ryerson, Parry Sound, Ontario. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn (Brian) and Vicky-lyn; grandchildren, Kevin (Mercedes) and Emma. Alva was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Ken in February 2016.
She was a cherished wife, loving mother, accomplished seamstress, and home manager. While devoting her life to the care of her family, Alva also worked as a receptionist and office manager. Alva was a proud member of Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile.
In keeping with Alva’s wishes no services will be held. The family gratefully declines flowers. Those wishing to honour Alva may do so by making a donation to the charity of their choice.
The family extends Thanks to Dr. Keith Jones, the staff of Dover House, Home Support, Home Care Nurse for their compassionate care of Alva.
