February 9, 1939 - May 19, 2021
We are saddened to announce the passing of Allen on May 19th, 2021 at the age of 82. Allen was born on the homestead at Barrhead, AB; Feb 9, 1939 he grew up at Ardrossan, AB, before moving to Nanaimo, BC in 1967.
He enjoyed photography, traveling as well as sudoku and was actively involved with the British club and St.Paul's Anglican Church. He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Megan.
Also mourning his loss are two brothers, Alfred (Hazel) and Donald (Carolyn); sister-in-law, Olive and sister-in-law Geraldine "Gerry"; extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by brothers; Robert "Bob" and John "Jack". Following Allen's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held on a later date at St. Paul's Anglican Church Gardens.
