With much sadness we announce Adda Lou passed away suddenly in Nanaimo Hospital after very brief illness with husband and sister-in-law Sandra at her side on March 20, 2015
Adda Lou, born in Kamloops B.C., held her proudest job of keeping the family running on all cylinders, throughout the thick and thin that life offered. She worked in the greeting card business for many years after the children grew up, and she was an honourable and proud member, including Queen, of the Red Hat Organization.
Predeceased by parents Thomas and Audrey Collings, Daughter Linda Marie Whitta, Son John Langridge, Brother Wallace Collings. She is survived by her loving Husband Ray, of over 55 years; Son’s Raymond (Gerri) and Robert; Grand Children Emily and Abby Carroll; Brothers Bill (Joan), Donald (Sibylle), Sister-in-law Adele Collings, Sister-in-law Sandra (Tom Jones). Other nieces and nephews and special friend Gudi and her other RED HAT Friends.
