SKALLERUD, AASE
Born in Denmark, January 3, 1920, Aase passed away peacefully at Nanaimo Regional Hospital palliative care unit on Dec. 20, 2007, just 2 weeks short of her 88th birthday. Predeceased by her loving husband, Helge, in July 2004, her parents and only brother, Aase is survived by her sister-in-law Gunna in Denmark and 3 stepdaughters - Signe (California), Astri and Margrethe (Norway) and many dear friends in Nanaimo. Cremation and no service by her request. We will miss you for the love and loyalty that you gave to those who were lucky enough to be called your friend.
