NOTICE OF ZONING
AMENDMENT APPLICATION APPLICATION NO. PL2023-057 1340 and Lot 2 Kipp Rd. Electoral Area A
The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application for the property shown in the location map below.

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes to change the zoning of the subject properties from Residential 2 (RS2), Subdivision District ‘F’ to Industrial 2 (IN2), Subdivision District ‘Z’, under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to allow for the expansion of the existing manufacturing business currently taking place on an adjacent lot at 1329/1333 Kipp Road.

A summary of the comments received will be provided to the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and RDN Board as part of the application review process.
