APPLICATION NO. PL2023-029 2935 Trans-Canada Highway Electoral Area A
The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application for the property shown in the location map below.
PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes to change the zoning of the portion of the subject property zoned Rural 4 (RU4), Subdivision District ‘D’ to Industrial 2 (IN2), Subdivision District ‘Z’, under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to expand the existing steel fabrication business beyond the current IN2 zoned portion.

A summary of the comments received will be provided to the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and RDN Board as part of the application review process.
