PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Residential 8 (RS8) Subdivision District ‘P’ to Residential 2 (RS2) Subdivision District ‘P’ to allow for a for a 4-lot subdivision.
