Notice is hereby provided that the Board, at its regular meeting scheduled on April 22, 2025, may consider proposed amendments to its Board Procedure Bylaw, “Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Bylaw No. 1862, 2022” related to:
- Updating Schedule A relating to standing committees
- Updating Section 24 “Committees” including terms of reference for the Committee of the Whole and removing references to the Executive Standing Committee.
