TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section 40(1) and 40(2) of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Nanaimo intends to stop up, close to traffic, and remove highway dedication of an unnamed lane adjacent to 2209 Bowen Road, more particularly described as follows:
An unnamed lane on Bowen Road, adjacent to 2209 Bowen Road comprising of 250.9m2, more or less, shown as “Road” in the sketch below.
FURTHERMORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section 40 (3) of the Community Charter, all persons who consider themselves affected by the proposed road closure as described in “Highway Closure and Dedication Removal Bylaw 2024 No. 7376” (To provide for highway closure and dedication removal of an unnamed lane on Bowen Road adjacent to 2209 Bowen Road) are invited to address Council of the City of Nanaimo in writing, or in person at Council’s meeting scheduled for 2024-NOV-18.
