Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 24 and 26 of the Community Charter that the City of Nanaimo proposes to enter into a Co-Management Agreement with the Nanaimo Art Gallery for a building and parcel of land located at 150 Commercial Street, Nanaimo, BC and legally described as:
PID: 004-753-551; Lot A, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 12390
The term of License is ten (10) years, effective retroactively to 2024-JAN-01. This Agreement can be renewed at the City’s sole discretion on the same terms and conditions for a further ten (10) years. The City will be providing annual financial assistance to the Nanaimo Art Gallery, this amount has been budgeted in the 2025 Financial Plan in the amount $420,057.
