Pursuant to Sections 464, 465 and 466 of the Local Government Act the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises of a Public Hearing regarding a zoning amendment for “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500.438, 2023”.

In accordance with Section 124(3) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that District of Lantzville Council intends to amend “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 141, 2020” by adopting “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 141, 2020, Amendment Bylaw No. 333, 2022”. In general terms, the proposed amendment would amend references under Table of Contents, Definitions, Electronic Meetings & Electronic Attendance at Meetings, and Committees, to provide for holding Committee of the Whole meetings.
