The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application for the property shown in the location map below.
PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes a property specific amendment to the Water 1 (WA1) Zone under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to permit a private dock on a portion of the foreshore and surface of the water adjacent to the subject property (shown as Proposed Lease Area on the location map above).

A summary of the comments received will be provided to the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and RDN Board as part of the application review process.
