The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment Application for the property shown in the location map below.
PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW
The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Residential 2 (RS2) to Industrial 1 (IN1) Zone, under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to permit warehousing buildings on the property.

A summary of the comments received will be provided to the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and RDN Board as part of the application review process.
