An application will be made to the Registrar of Companies for the amalgamation of Angel Acres Recreation & Festival Property Ltd. and 1244041 B.C. Ltd. (the “Amalgamating Companies”) to continue as Angel Acres Recreation & Festival Property Ltd. (the “Amalgamated Company”).
Korry Douglas McClew, the director of the Amalgamating Companies, believes, and has reasonable grounds for believing, that the Amalgamated Company will not be insolvent when the amalgamation takes effect.
Any Creditor of the Amalgamating Companies who objects to the amalgamation must provide a written notice of objection to the companies at 201 Selby Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 2R2, within 15 days after this publication of this notice.
