The District’s Annual Municipal Report for the year ended December 31, 2023 is available for review at www.lantzville.ca, and at the Municipal Hall, 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC during regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:00 pm) Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Local governments are required to prepare an annual report which states their goals and objectives for the coming year and demonstrates what progress has been made toward the preceding year’s goals and objectives. The report also includes the previous year’s audited annual financial statements, list of permissive tax exemptions, and the municipality’s services and operations.
As a statutory document, Council will consider the 2023 Annual Municipal Report at the regular Council meeting held on Wednesday, July 10 at 7:00 pm at the District of Lantzville Municipal Hall, 2nd Floor – 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC.
Submissions in writing for consideration at the Council meeting must be received in advance by 12:00 pm on Monday, July 8th, 2021, by mail, (PO Box 100, 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC V0R 2H0), fax (250.390.5188) or email (district@lantzville.ca). Submissions will form part of the public record.
