The District of Lantzville hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 26 (3) of the Community Charter of the intention to dispose of land that is not being made available to the public for acquisition. The land to be disposed of is the District of Lantzville’s approximate 1,600 square feet of interest in the building located on and forming part of and described as Costin Hall, located at 7232 Lantzville Road, with a legal address of LOT 1, DISTRICT LOT 27G, WELLINGTON DISTRICT, PLAN 2573, as shown below:
The District of Lantzville intends to lease its interest in portions of the building to the Lantzville Historical Society from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029, for $0 dollars and to Amelia House from April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, for $1,200 per month. Both are registered non-profit organizations in British Columbia.
