PUBLIC NOTICE - ANNUAL MUNICIPAL REPORT
The District’s Annual Municipal Report for the year ended December 31, 2022 is available for inspection at lantzville.ca, and at the Municipal Hall, 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC beginning August 16, 2023 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The Annual Municipal Report contains information and highlights from the 2022 year, including but not limited to:
- audited financial statements
- a list of permissive tax exemptions
- the municipality’s services and operations
- a progress report on objectives and measures.
Council will consider the 2022 Annual Municipal Report and submissions and questions at the open portion of the regular Council meeting held on Wednesday, September 13th at 7:00 pm at the District of Lantzville Municipal Hall, Council Chamber, 2nd Floor – 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC.
Public submissions and questions for consideration at the Council meeting must be received in writing by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, by mail to PO Box 100, 7192 Lantzville Road, Lantzville, BC V0R 2H0, fax 250.390.5188 or email district@lantzville.ca. Submissions will form part of the public record. Visit lantzville.ca and click on the meeting date on the calendar to access the meeting agenda package the week before the meeting, and for information on providing public input in person at the meeting or remotely by registering in advance using the Zoom Webinar link provided for each Council meeting event.
