Three-vehicle accident slows traffic on highway through Parksville

Collision occured just before 11 a.m. Feb. 7

A three-vehicle accident slowed down traffic along Highway 19A Wednesday morning, Feb. 7.

The accident, which involved a Dodge truck, a Ford SUV and a BMW convertible, happened at the intersection of Highway 19A and Wright Road just before 11 a.m.

Oceanside RCMP, Parksville Volunteer Fire Department and B.C. Ambulance Service were on scene. An RCMP officer was directing traffic which managed to drive around the accident.
