Three vehicles collide on Hammond Bay Road curve near Departure Bay.

First responders dealt with the aftermath of a three-vehicle crash on a curved section of Hammond Bay Road near Friar Tuck Way on Tuesday.

The collision happened at about 12:25 p.m.

Three people were taken to Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for injuries and the crash is under investigation.
