Suspects drove a vehicle through a fence to steal equipment from a Nanaimo business last week.

Sometime overnight on Jan. 18, a break-and-enter happened at Brandt Tractor Ltd. on School House Road in South Wellington.

“The owner told police a vehicle was used to breach the exterior fence by driving through it,” noted an RCMP press release.

Three Bomag packers, used in the compaction of soils, asphalt and refuse, were stolen from the compound.
