The Scottish delicacy partially consists of sheep’s heart, liver and lungs, oatmeal and spices. McLean’s Specialty Foods held its 23rd Annual Haggis Extravaganza on Saturday to celebrate Robbie Burns Day, which commemorates Scotland’s national poet and his date of birth. McLean’s offered people a lunch of haggis, neeps and tatties.
