Skygazers are heading to Maffeo Sutton Park Saturday (Dec. 3) evening to catch a glimpse of Jupiter and the moon.
The event, 6-8:30 p.m., is hosted by the Nanaimo Astronomy Society with members meeting in the Spirit Square. The public is invited to bring its telescopes, though the event is dependent on weather and may be cancelled if there is significant cloud cover obscuring the sky.
