Organized by the Downtown Nanaimo Business Improvement Association, the grand opening for Santa Claus’s workshop took place Saturday afternoon. With the assistance of Harbour Air, Jolly Old St. Nick arrived in the Harbour City and he and his elves made their way to the centre.
