Nanaimo Port Authority staff talk with police, while protesters talk among themselves and logging truck drivers mill about waiting to transfer their loads onto a barge at Nanaimo Port Authority's Duke Point Terminal Monday.

Protesters blockaded the entrance road to the terminal, preventing six logging trucks carrying old-growth logs from the Walbran Valley from entering.
