A suspect in an alleged sexual assault incident earlier this month has been arrested, according to Nanaimo RCMP.
Kynan James Krogel, 25, was arrested near Slocan Lake, B.C., after a provincial arrest warrant was issued earlier this week. He is being held in custody to appear in provincial court Monday (Feb. 29), said Nanaimo RCMP spokesman Const. Gary O'Brien.
