UPDATE - The Nanaimo RCMP has reported that a 42-year-old Nanaimo woman who was reported missing by her family and hadn’t been heard from for two months has been located safe and sound.
PREVIOUSLY POSTED - Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a woman who is dealing with personal matters.
Nicole Anderson, 42, was reported missing to the Nanaimo RCMP on Thursday, Feb. 24, by a concerned family member who has not seen or heard from her in more than two months.
“[She] is dealing with some personal struggles. Her family is aware of this but for her to have no contact for such and extended period of time is out of character for her,” noted a police press release.
Anderson is 5-foot-7, 110 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Investigators believe she is currently in Nanaimo.
