Nanaimo RCMP are searching for a suspect in two separate robberies at gas stations on Thursday.
A suspect, described as a white male, 5-foot-8, with a slender, athletic build, pulled out a large knife as he approached the cashier at the Terminal Avenue 7-Eleven and demanded money. Police believe the same suspect demanded money from the clerk at the Northfield Esso later that night. The suspect, approximately 19-35 years old, was wearing a light grey hoodie, dark pants, black ball cap with an orange brim and a grey wig.
