Nanaimo police looking for man who exposed himself on seawall

NANAIMO – Two joggers flee when man exposes himself on waterfront.

Two women were frightened when a man exposed himself on the Nanaimo waterfront near Georgia Park Friday.

The incident happened at about 6:30 a.m. when the women were jogging and the man, walking in the opposite direction yelled, “Hey, look at this,” and dropped his pants.

The women immediately screamed and fled, said Sgt. Sheryl Armstrong, Nanaimo RCMP spokeswoman, in a press release.

The suspect is described as scruffy looking, about 6 feet tall, average build, in his mid 30s to early 40s, with long, shoulder length brown hair and wearing jeans, a red top and possibly a white jacket.
