Nanaimo’s chief administrative officer will take a seat at the economic development corporation.
Nanaimo city council agreed to make Tracy Samra, CAO, its appointed director to the Nanaimo Economic Development Corporation board.
The decision was made at an open meeting on Monday.
Ian Howat, former corporate services manager, was the city’s appointee until his resignation last year.
