Sebastien Arsenault, a member of the Royal Canadian Navy and volunteer firefighter, starts off the Nanaimo portion of the Wounded Warrior run last month.
Arsenault was one of six running from Port Hardy to Victoria to raise money for Wounded Warriors Canada to treat veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and other stress injuries.
