Sandra Larocque expresses her feelings about the first phase of refurbishment to the Italian Fountain that were recently completed near Port Place Shopping Centre.
Lorocque's father, Peter Zuccolini, helped build the fountain, which was given to the city by Nanaimo's Italian community in 1961.
