Expo promotes government support programs for businesses

NANAIMO – Upcoming small business information expo connects businesses with government support.

Business owners and people interested in starting a business can learn how to  connect with government business support programs at the upcoming 2015 Vancouver Island Small Business Information Expo  show.

The event, presented by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises, is a free trade show open to the general public and  features three panel discussions: Selling to Government, Access to Financing and Pillars of Start-up.

The expo happens Tuesday (Nov. 24) 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre and is a great way to connect directly with program representatives to get information in simple language and contacts to follow up with later.
