Man taken to hospital after Jeep rolls over near Nanoose Bay

Incident slowed northbound highway traffic

A Jeep rolled over off of Highway 19 near Hillview Road in the Nanoose Bay flats area late Tuesday morning.

Nanoose Bay firefighters responded just before noon. Police and ambulance were also at the scene.

A male driver was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
