City of Nanaimo property, once purchased for intersection improvements, is on the market.
The City of Nanaimo is selling a 0.2-hectare parcel at the intersection of Bowen and Meredith roads.
The property at 2103 Bowen Rd. is considered surplus land, according to Bill Corsan, the city’s real estate manager, who said it had been bought for a larger intersection improvement.
It’s zoned for multi-family residential and appraised at $350,000. The city has put out a request for offers, which must be submitted by June 17.
