Why are you running for city council?
I feel I would be an asset.
What will be your priorities if you are elected and what do you want to accomplish in the 15 months before the 2018 civic election?
1 Port Drive to be a transportation hub for bus, taxi, shuttle, tours and possibly foot ferry at the cruise ship dock. Propose a parade square with memorials to the modern-day veterans. Also a trolley from there to Woodgrove. In this day and age, when the rest of the world is investing in rail travel, some here would tear the tracks up. What would the propane company do with no rail-tanker delivery of propane? Get on track.
Modernize the sewage plant.
Deal with the road problems.
Say no to frivolous spending like hiring a consultant to make the decisions.
