A woman left her house unlocked for only two hours and returned to find her wide-screen TV and many other electronics stolen.
According to a Nanaimo RCMP press release, a break-and-enter occurred Jan. 2 sometime between 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Hillcrest Avenue in Harewood. The tenant told police she had accidentally left the front door of the house unlocked.
A 55-inch TV was stolen, along with an Xbox 360 video game console, a Chromecast streaming media player, an LG sound bar and a GoPro camera.
