55-inch TV, bottle of Ativan taken in break-and-enter

Someone allegedly broke into an apartment last week and stole a wide-screen TV and prescription pills.

Nanaimo RCMP issued a press release detailing recent unsolved crimes including a break-and-enter that happened at an apartment at 3185 Barons Rd. in Nanaimo’s Country Club neighbourhood on July 17.

According to police, entry was gained through an unlocked sliding glass door.

Items taken were a 55-inch Samsung LED TV with the serial No. 0353CXFA00829, and a bottle of prescription Ativan.
