Brandon Bell of Dover Bay Secondary School launches off the starting block in a 200-metre dash at the Rotary Bowl track Tuesday. Bell competed with students from high schools across Nanaimo in the fifth annual Mini-O Track and Field Event, hosted by the Nanaimo-Ladysmith Schools Foundation for students with physical and mental challenges.
