Movie lovers can enjoy a new film by British filmmaker Ken Loach during TheatreOne’s latest Fringe Flicks showing.
The organization is showing I, Daniel Blake. The movie tells the tale of an aging handyman who is struggling after his government health allowance was denied. He goes on a crusade to get his coverage reinstated.
I, Daniel Blake shows at Avalon Cinema, located in Woodgrove Centre, April 9 at 1,4 and 7 p.m. and April 10 at 7 p.m.
