Donny Edwards performs as The King, promising to take audiences back to the beginning of Elvis Presley’s career in the 1950s which sparked the rock ‘n’ roll revolution.
The King, a musical tribute, takes place at the Port Theatre Feb. 6. Edwards is touring with the Elvis tribute band The Cadillac Kings, featuring the Uptown Hornz.
Edwards performs hits from throughout Presley’s extensive catalogue, including Love Me Tender through to Burning Love.
Edwards is a Las Vegas casino headliner act. He is the only tribute artist to perform on the estate grounds of Graceland, Elvis’s home in Memphis.
