The second Youth World Cup is seeking entries for its painting competition.
Registration in the competition is free. The first round is open to youth ages four to 25. Interested participants must mail/e-mail their art piece and a signed agreement by June 10.
The second round of the competition involves a paint out among the regional winners on Aug. 12 in the Richmond Olympic Oval.
