The Nanaimo Art Gallery offers summer art camps in its Art Lab this July.
The camps are taught by regional artists and allow participants to explore and experiment through art.
The camp for ages five to seven is July 11-15 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Ages eight to 11 is July 4-8 from 9:30 a.m. to noon or July 11-12 from 1-3:30 p.m. Ages 12-15 is July 4-8 from 1-4 p.m.
All camps are $125 each and all art supplies are included.

The camps include a tour of Trusses, a current exhibit at the gallery that examines architecture’s influences.
