Nanaimo Family Life Association shines the spotlight on stress and anger issues through a series of evening workshops.

The workshops run Tuesdays beginning July 31 from 6:30-9 p.m. at 1070 Townsite Rd., and include: stress management, July 31; managing anger, Aug. 7; conflict resolution, Aug. 14; and creating change, Aug. 21.
