The SPCA was one of six Canadian charities that received an A plus rating in MoneySense Magazine’s 2012 survey that rates 100 Canadian charities.
About 76 per cent of organizations donations go toward programs and services. The SPCA earned the highest rating in the fundraising efficiency category.
Every year the B.C. SPCA provides care for more than 32,000 abused, neglected, injured or homeless animals.
