Cavalier King Charles spaniels will parade through Neck Point Park Saturday (Sept. 7). In previous years, more than 60 dogs and their owners participated in the annual event, which starts with registration at Finn Beach at 11:30 a.m. The parade through the park begins at 1 p.m.
