Retired major Ronald Moll presents a bursary cheque to Emily Blake from the Royal Canadian Regiment Association.
Three awards are given each year to a child or grandchild of a serving, former serving or deceased member of the regiment.
Blake will use the money toward the musical theatre program at the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria.
