A raffle ticket event being held at Nanaimo North Town Centre until Dec. 31 supports local charities.
The annual fundraising event is held by the non-profit Knights of Columbus Council 9990.
Tickets cost $2.
Last year the council sold a winning third-prize ticket to a Nanaimo man who won a hybrid car worth approximately $30,000.
This year there is a sample display of three new vehicle prizes at the mall. First prize is $50,000 cash, with more early bird prizes.
